While the majority of users have already received the Holiday update, the Tesla VP says that FSD V13 users can expect it within a week. So, hopefully, by this time next week, you’ll be playing with all the Christmas goodies.
It has 'most' of the Christmas goodies. I think that's gonna be it for Cybertruck owners. We continue to get hosed by never getting full functionality.

I will never understand this attitude. You're driving the coolest truck available, with the most advanced tech that literally drives itself - and you're bitching because you can't control it with your watch? Or turn it into a polygonal sled on the display?

Man. When was the last time you were happy about anything?

Well farts.
I just installed the software update. It has FSD 13 but, I can't add the key to my Apple Watch because it requires 2024.44.25 and the update was 2024.39.15.
yea I just found this out trying to set it up. WTF! new FSD but still feel behind

I feel like for the 250th time I’m saying this:

It has nothing to do with the cyber truck this has everything to do with what version of FSD you’re on and what firmware version (the holiday update) or any update for that matter comes out. if you are ahead of the firmware version that releases the update (like every cybertruck in existence) you will not be getting that particular update until later doesn’t matter what kind of car you’re in and it doesn’t matter whether it’s a holiday or just a regular one.

When the software team is working on an update they make a decision about what firmware version is going to be the first to receive that update. And that decision is largely made for them by what version is in existence when they begin their work! The FSD team is pushing out FSD updates independently of little things like tweaking the UI and giving you a cybertruck as a sleigh.

You are not being punished and you have not being slighted. You have been fortunate enough to be ahead of almost every other vehicle in the fleet in terms of FSD and firmware. You’ll get the holiday update but it will have to be matched with your version of Firmware. That’s it it has been this way since the beginning it will always be this way and it has nothing to do with your (or my) cybertruck. On this point people are conflating some of the issues with cybertruck having worse implementation of FSD than other vehicles because it’s a brand new huge car that is going to have to be brought up to speed independently of all of the other Teslas that are on the road.

The only people who have gotten the holiday update up to this point are those who have been on a much shittier version of firmware and FSD. They are many versions behind you and the only way that Tesla could give you that update at the same time would be to roll back your firmware and you would lose other things that you have gained ahead of these people. Importantly they STILL don’t have FSD v.13 and they won’t for a while! They are ALL on v12.5.4.2!

If we all get the holiday update as has been suggested, sometime on or about 12/22/24, you will have both the latest version of FSD and the holiday update and be ahead of just about every other vehicle in the fleet on every possible front! If you don’t get the holiday update until sometime later, you’re still on the bleeding edge of FSD situated alongside OG beta testers and influencers on v13 which other people can’t even get yet. You have already cut the line solely by virtue of having a Cybertruck.

Can we please stop the whining about this? You have been winning this whole time!

Tried that. 10/10 do not recommend. The caffeinated high speed anxiety realm is a much better place to live.

why call it a holiday update if it doesn’t come before the holidays?

I would just like to follow up my rant by saying:

1. I told you so!

2. It’s a really bad look to be whining about not getting something when you’re literally winning at every turn.

3. Just anecdotally, neither my S Plaid nor my Wife’s XLR Have either v13 or the holiday update as of this writing. And each of these cars are on FSD by virtue of each of us transferring our early first wave FSD beta. So, if this was just going by seniority (blood in) both my wife and I should have v13 and the holiday update just by dint of having to suffer through getting a perfect driving score just to download FSD beta 10.x back in the early days! We don’t! The only car that we have that’s on the holiday update is stuck on FSD 12.5.4.1!

I only have v13 & the holiday update available to me because, like you, I bought a CT.

So, please stop acting like the world isn’t being fair to you!
