Tesla Insurance - Claims

Hi all, has anyone got any experience negotiating a claim with Tesla insurance? Someone ran into the side of me, turns out the at fault car / driver didn’t have valid insurance so trying to use the uninsured motorist coverage, vs the collision (which has a $2500 deductible). Adjuster is being an a..hole. And it’s like impossible to try and talk to them or even email somebody higher up the management ladder. The adjuster dude says he has no manager. Go figure. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experience, or any higher up email addresses might be helpful.

Don't have any advice, but there was a news story of possible relevance earlier this week:

Tesla's auto insurance unit was sued in federal court in Arizona on Tuesday over allegations that it has systematically underpaid millions of dollars in claims by withholding required coverage for uninsured and underinsured motorists.

Interesting. When I did a google search to find out if Tesla insurance have an ombudsmen or like, and it referred me to the California Insurance complaints, who are hosting a number of complaints against Tesla Insurance. Thanks!
