Has a FS series been delivered with all the "options" included?
Nope lol

That's a good point. what if you don't want to pull the trigger on your FS yet because Tesla has not delivered on all the promised features?

That's probably the only legit argument

Tesla is cancelling Foundation Series Cybertruck orders, and forcing people who ordered an FS Cybertruck to take delivery or lose their $1,000 deposit.

In November 2023, Tesla starting taking $1,000 deposits for a Foundation Series Cybertruck.
There are plenty of people that put a $1,000 deposit thinking they would get a non-FS Cybertruck.

Our petition is for TESLA to:

#1 Allow those people, who put a $1,000 deposit, to get put in the line to get a non-FS Cybertruck.
#2 OR convert to another Tesla Model delivery
#3 OR convert to Tesla Cash.
I signed your petition!

Sincerely, Yera Idioot

I guess I'm having a hard time understanding where the click bait is.

They are giving customers an ultimatum buy or cancel. And you don't get your 1000 refund.

It's literally what the title says but longer.
Because by reading the title you could assume that it's Tesla not holding up their end of the agreement, when in fact it is the buyers. That's how I took it at first glance anyway.

When i ordered mine it was stated very clearly that the 1k is non refundable.
I made sure i really wanted the truck before i gave them the money. And it was for a FS.

I'm confused. When I ordered it was made quite clear that the $1000 was a vehicle lock in purchase and initiated the delivery, not a "deposit" or "reservation". If it were refundable, how would they know who is serious about taking delivery ASAP and who isn't?

Are this many people that naive?
Yeah I'm confused as well. The 1k was a FS reservation. It's the choice of Tesla if they don't convert someone, but I think it's unreasonable to expect it.

Good News is I think Tesla is fast approaching the launch of Non FS CT, hence the need to have people to take their order now or forfeit.

Secondly, it's totally Tesla's call at this point since the buyers already acknowledged that the $1000 would be non refundable.

Personally, I think Tesla should cancel their Order and give them a Tesla voucher that can be used to purchase things from the Tesla shop or place another a new order.

That money is Tesla's to keep, on no account should it be refunded to the original payment method.
