Tesla now shipping PS Gateways to customers?

Ordered my PS, but I thought they only ship to Tesla authorized installers? Have a 60+ lb delivery coming to me tomorrow.

Mine was shipped to my house, but I think the process may vary depending upon the order process. Pretty sure if you use a voucher or Tesla store credit, then it comes to you.

Mine was shipped directly to the installer, was completed over 7 weeks ago but there was an issue with it communicating to Tesla and to my app. 4+ hours of diagnosis with Tesla it was elevated to level 3 support and now I cannot even get an update as to what they play to do, so it basically a useless box on my wall. :-(
