I got my voucher after emailing qmerit stating I don’t want PowerShare. I had filled out the PowerShare survey(in a way not wanting it) and I was stuck in limbo with Qmerit. After emailing them directly I got my voucher from Tesla quickly. Sadly all I want is my year of free supercharging and Tesla says they changed their terms of service with that

Hmmmm I just had a mobile charger in the cart. And then I added the gift cards. Removed the mobile charger and checked out. All from the app, not website.
