New Tesla OEM winter wheel set installed yesterday. They look pretty mean. Definitely feel softer on turns than the original AT tires

Got mine Wednesday. Definitely louder than the stock tires.

I am not really a fan of the tires as far as how they ride and handle, but hopefully their winter performance justifies them. The original AT tire drives much nicer in my opinion. I am half temped to take them back off until we start to see bad weather here.

Shoot. I was supposed to have had mine installed in Utah on the 30th, but was rescheduled 5 weeks out because they are "out of stock." If they hadn't been essentially free with the voucher, I would have gotten the wheels from somewhere else with Blizzak tires. I HATE loud tires.

Winter Tires n Covers installed and yes small mileage hit. They are 2 pieces and very tightly hug the rims. Simply driving in snow should not dislodge the covers.

We've had the Tesla winter package for a few weeks. We did some snow driving in the last week from Boulder to Keystone/Eldora.
No performance issues as far as grip is concerned. The roads weren't too bad.

On the question of efficiency...

To keystone 571 Wh/m, from keystone 311 Wh/m
Considering the cold, the snow falling and on the road, and that I was running a 300W ski boot warmer the whole time, and had ski racks on the roof (although the skis were inside)... averaging 441 Wh/m is about what I would have expected from the stock AT tires.

For Eldora, we got the free L2 charging up there (unshared the whole time) so arrived home with more charge than I left home.

Actually, I may have to take that back... WIll Core Wheel Covers fit Cyber Wheels from the Winter Tire Package? As I am getting the following error...

"This accessory is not compatible with any of your vehicles."

yeah, that's what I was thinking. These are the all-terrain rims so i don't think the all-season hubcaps are a match.

I’m supposed to be getting mine installed at 1 PM today. You guys are making me have serious second thoughts about these tires. I really want KO3s anyhow. I’m thinking I’m not going to let them install the Wrangler and rather just have them load them up in the bed. If they’re not mounted I won’t even mount them on the wheels I’m just going to try and sell them. Have the BFGs mounted on my new wheels and go from there. If I’m going to have the kind of hit to range you guys are seeing I at least want to be on tires that I really like.
