Tesla wants to buy back my Foundation Series Cyberbeast. Swap for a new one, or keep the current one?

Oh, the tonneau has the weep holes showing, but I'm not sure that's worth a visit to the SC, as leakage is minor, and adding a slat might not improve it. The gasket at the tailgate presses tightly, and I wonder if I adjusted that to press less tightly, maybe the weep holes wouldn't show. I can't imagine how something made of metal slats could be the wrong design length.
it is less than 2 hours at the service center to add that slat and it helped mine with rain incursion. Can't swear to this, but I think mine leaked at the sides before the modification.

What alternative would you suggest? I tried the hummer ev. It is cool but lacks the tech and all. I need a truck and drive a lot
Don’t listen to him.

As you’re planning to do, get a replacement CT Beast. The newer builds will be better. As for what's different, nothing other than the goodies and store credit that was provided with FS trucks. Oh, and the "foundation series" etching/badge.

Driven my 24’ cyberbeast 16,000 miles and no major issues and never been stranded - everything works reliably as well. Some water gets into the bed when it rains- not a big deal really- but is there some kind of arson part to reduce any water seeping into the bed?

Yes, but it'll never be a FS as that's reserved for year one early adopters.
Which means it will be a far superior build than any FS

Hi everyone, first post here. As the title says, Tesla wants to buy back my Foundation Series Cyberbeast.

Have a few questions:
-What are the differences between the foundation series beast and a new one that isn't foundation series?
-Is there a way to make a new one exactly like the foundation series I currently have?
-Has there been any big changes regarding panel adhesive, other components, features, ect?

The sales people at my local dealer didn't have any specifics for me unfortunately.

I greatly appreciate the help
Take the deal, get the cheaper cybertruck with FSD transfer, then use the extra cash to buy TSLA stock.

There is no better truck, or just get a model Y, I have both FS and 2024 Y. You will never regret having one after the first accident; or alternately never crash.

Thought I already posted this but guess it didn't stuck when the site went down for a few days.

End result was i got a new 2025 cyberbeast. Overall happy with it so far. Fit and finish seems more refined compared to my foundation series. More quiet interior, plastics seem upgraded in some areas, panel fit better, ect. Reliability is to be determined. We'll see how that pans out.

Congrats, and I'm sure this one will be all good for you. :)
