Tesla Westmont says no window for delivery was ever given...

After being more than 75 days and seeing an IL order be delivered I figured id ask Chicago/Westmont what info they can give. "Delivery windows have not been assigned for any Cybertruck". That's what they told me. They claim no one was told Dec-Mar and VIN's would be assigned when they get assigned. I'm hoping they just don't know what they are talking about and not that they did away with that so it really could be anytime in the next year.

Go to insurance tab to get a quote. That’s where I learned I had a VIN
It populated in that tab of the app

I didn’t believe it because Tesla said I didn’t have a VIN or a deliver timeline

then one day they called and told me I have 3 days to pick it up

the insurance tab had it for about 3 weeks. Not sure this is 100% but it might work

How would you go about doing that? Everything past Financing is greyed out for me. Don't have an option at all to start the insurance process.

You should register etc and then apply for loan … you have to do all the steps
No trade in or do that step?
It was just a serial set of dominos fir me
After I got finance done, I had avoided it then decided to just get estimate and accept to make sure I had no delays and it just happened? Not sure how it actually works

Did all the steps, no trade-in, no financing. All the other steps are greyed out, can't access insurance at all.

You will not see it until a vin is assigned. It will tell your vin number if you click Vehicle Details below your RN number on the main page of the app. You cannot do anything past financing until your vin is assigned there.
