This week I got two text for my Cyberbeast FS order. They said to complete the financing portion to not have a delay.

I remember it saying around December would likely be when I could see this happen so I have waited on the financing section.

Has anyone else done this with a beast? Should I fill it out now to possibly get it? I don't work for tesla or anything.

By waiting could it set me up for a better truck potentially or will they try to cancel my order? I already paid the $1250 upfront....

I ordered Feb 22 but changed to grey trim and they specified Oct/Dec delivery. You might ask if you can wait for the grey trim( if the color is not an issue).

I had the white option…..and subsequently changed to grey on the app. Under “reply to this message if you have questions” ask them if you can change trim. Should delay it longer if that is what you want.

I just updated it online to the grey which looks better, easier to clean. My Rubicon has a white interior roof and it looked bad, was too bright, I had to clean it then put soundproof insulation black interior on it. It is still saying October -December like it did before the update.

Still no vin yet. I was wondering if anyone ever got a vin that didn't fill out the finance portion ? Especially if they had a beast FS like mine?

There is a thread which touches on this issue. I believe someone put “cash” under the payment option to keep their order in tact and when they received a VIN switched to financing. I can’t remember the subject line of the thread.

Got my Beast a few weeks ago. I indicated no financing and then after I got my vin assigned I changed it to 3rd party financing. It didnt change anything with the timing or the delivery.

Ok thanks, I will look for it. I am still debating to use the 179 and bonus dep for this year if we have time in December to get it or pick it up in Jan 2025 to use it for max tax benefit.

I see you are in Florida, So how long did it take you to get it from order date? Did you get a text message too like I did this week?

So I placed my order during the launch event. I had a very early reservation. I got my FS invitation in December but we waited a month before deciding to move forward and chose the Beast so it took a few months from there. Just got it about 3 weeks ago now. I got the same/similar text when the softmatch occurred. I had chosen no loan initially but then after I got the delivery notification/text I switched it to financing. I don’t think those changes impact anything for delivery timing.
