I can’t tell you how many vendors on here have blocked me for calling out their sus practices.
I don’t care if you’re drop shipping - just don’t lie about it and make it seem you’re Joe Dirt making these products in your garage in Tempe

I remember. I bought them based on your recommendation which I always find to be reliable.
Still have them in my garage if you genuinely can’t find another set.
I was very excited about them too but when I held them up to cyberbandit, they just completely ruined the look.
I appreciate the kind words and feel the same way about your recommendations.
I think I have spent so much based on your recommendation, and others here, that my wife may be repeating your name under her breath with some hostile intentions. Not exactly sure she is saying as I tend to move away slowly being careful not to make any sudden movements or make eye contact when she starts talking about the aftermarket stuff I have bought for the CT.
Appreciate the offer, but mine still work if I want to reapply them.

@Administrator, please do something about this. It's getting really tiresome to see vendors pop up on here and outright lie to our face about the wares they are selling, where they are from, and who they represent. Companies shouldn't be able to just jump on here and lie to our faces like this.

this is their "business HQ" "1575 N Franklin St, Denver Colorado 80218, USA".

So that means if I call the other tenants listed at this address they would know how I could visit their suitemate, Tesery, right?

This is the back-alley agent you pay to basically make your business attempt to appear like you have official business dealings in the United States:

https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20231569213&fileId=20251261560

Here is your LLC registration:
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20231569213&fileId=20231569213

You seem to have a registered trademark, which is pretty cool:
https://trademarks.justia.com/887/73/tesery-88773792.html

But man, you sure are a busy dude. Almost like this is a burner identity:
https://trademarks.justia.com/owners/xiao-yang-4311055/

I could go on, but I don't want to spend any more time than I already have. The bottom line is that you are running shell companies for Chinese interest, pretending to be a USA based company as you show on your website and here.

By the way, your filings aren't even compliant, so you are very likely to be operating illegally anyway.

Absolutely sick to death of foreign groups being allowed to take advantage of people in my country by outright lying about everything they do.
I mean this is essentially >90% of sellers on Amazon, or any other website that offers third party sellers lol.

I'm impressed with your research.

So what does it take for someone to become a “Sponsor”? Just curious.
And this entitles them to thread editing privileges yes?

I use these internal grab handles and they work beautifully and integrate well. Mike @CybertruckCovers had them on his truck and when I saw them I knew I had to have them. They were sold out for a long time but I finally got a set.

Uh oh. I can sense the diatribe about human conditioning as it relates to finger amputation coming from the door handle police. Y’all know who you are.

Well over half the sponsors on this forum are fronts for Chinese companies. Even the ones with actual installation sites in SoCal, Florida, etc. It’s an international world, folks, get over it. It is NOT shady to have front companies in the U.S. make the corporate arrangements, design the English-language websites and thereby look like a U.S. entity. Amazon is the biggest player in this game. It simply works. The same applies for U.S. companies doing business in China - almost all have “partners” there who represent their interests and in effect camouflage their origin/identity - it isn’t subterfuge - it is the only way to operate a remote business. Nothing wrong with that. I did a lot of business in China setting up shadow warehousing entities for Darden, Walmart, etc. REM, as usual, is naive and uninformed.

It’s just dumb. “Detective” work to what end? It is STANDARD business practice - nothing nefarious about it.

Glad you posted this. I ordered the Cyber Cooler from another similar vendor and after four weeks of nothing shipping I had to get persistent. Two more weeks dragged on before they finally canceled my order and refunded me. I let myself think a polished website and a presence on this board meant they were reputable. Big mistake.

They'll take orders like this and sit on the money for as long as they can, then refund. By the time they do this with 10,000 orders they make quite a bit of money making quick trades.
