Tied off wire behind frunk - power source?

While looking behind the frunk I noticed a tied off wire. Anyone know if it can be used to power accessories or something?

Yes. Up to 400w at 48v. Powers on from the screen under outlets and mods

Yes. There is also a green Local Interconnect Network wire that can be used to control future accessories there. I wired mine to a dedicated connector and meter and use it primarily for my air compressor:
