TONNEAU COVER SWITCH is it LEMON NOW

this was replaced twice since march dead again ..
Any one else with same issue ?

I don’t think the switch it water proof

You should refer to your state’s specific lemon law criteria to determine if your specific vehicle meets lemon criteria. Most states require three attempts to repair the same issue, some are more.

Typically vehicle safety is a criterion for Lemon Law, but with a minor case like this I am not sure
