Tonneau not aligned correctly

Hey just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing same issues the tonneau not closing all the way it rolls back and i have to pull down and force close took to dealer they couldn’t really figure out

it was at the dealer for 3 days they couldn’t figure it out so i just went and picked it up

My Service Center performed an "adjustment", but the problem still occurs periodically. I've found that it almost never happens if I only open the tonneau partially, even to 99%.

It will close if I use the button to "nudge" it the last few inches. Once it stops being able to close at all, I repeat the calibration in Service Mode and the process starts over.

I make a point of opening it every time I drive, and closing while parked. Maybe it will eventually settle.
