I am in Nevada just a regular guy and secured my vin this morning. I’ve seen guys know that their truck is sitting at a rail yard etc. is there a way to find that information out? Or did they get lucky and get some information from somebody they know at Tesla? Getting close and very excited

You can text your advisor or chat with Tesla representative, depend on the person you talk, they can tell you exact location of the truck or just simple answer "on the way to your showroom"

Now that you have a VIN, you should be able to call the SC and they can tell you.

Official company line seems to be to tell you nothing without even looking. That's what I got when I bothered my showroom on day 63. Once you have a vin, they still seem to be unwilling to tell you anything useful 50% of the time.

yeah delivery center guys do nothing when asked in person. They just tell me to wait so I keep waiting.

It's really weird how the whole thing is going. They aren't afraid to lie about delivery dates to take our money, so I don't see that they'd be afraid to be wrong by accident once they have it.

Nice! I'm in Vegas and got my VIN yesterday. This is my 5th Tesla, but only my 2nd brand new one. So far I'm more disappointed in this experience than the last one. I can't seem to get anybody to even acknowledge me from the East Sahara delivery location.

Nice! I'm in Vegas and got my VIN yesterday. This is my 5th Tesla, but only my 2nd brand new one. So far I'm more disappointed in this experience than the last one. I can't seem to get anybody to even acknowledge me from the East Sahara delivery location.

Update - almost as if this post was seen, I just got a super helpful call from the local Tesla, and we scheduled my delivery and all of my questions about unique registration requirements and removing the Tesla Financing were answered.
