I do not know whether there is any incentive I would take that would involve giving up FSD on my Cybertruck that I would consider. You must never use FSD, but that, if true, is a big surprise. I may have quips with FSD lane selection and speed, but it is still wonderful.
Oh ever since FSD 14 came out I’ve been using it almost all of the time. Only in certain scenarios do I take over. It is nice that FS have lifetime FSD, but I’m willing to pay for it if I have to trade in my FS for a regular one here in the near future.

I’m contemplating by the end of this year or the beginning of next year to trade in my FSCTB for another Beast. Most likely I will trade in with Tesla. I did a fair amount of modifications to my CTB. For example, wrap, running board, changed out the wheels and tires, and added the swivel screen. Does anyone know if Tesla will take in the trade that way without converting it back to way it was?
I had planned on trading my MYLR on an AWD CT - so that is how I configured my order. Tesla was giving me a fair price and it made the transaction easy. Then I realized that I would need tires by the time my AWD CT would arrive - that reduced my trade-in value. A friend suggested I reach out to Plug. I did and they offered my over 4K more than tesla was offering (well offsetting the tax value of trading) plus I wouldn't need tires - and I didn't risk something happening to my MY between now and trade-in time.

I had a ton of accessories on it. Plug didn't care. So I took them off. The PPF on the front, mirrors and wheel wells and window tint were a bonus to them. I am selling the rest separately - so even more savings to me.

It might be worth giving them a call. Everything is done online.

Best of luck!
