Transferring of Lifetime Supercharging

If anyone has Lifetime Supercharging on an existing Tesla, have you been able to transfer it to your CT?

No. It wasn't eligible, only the S3XY were.

Yeah, the Rep said it changes quarterly, which leads me to believe there is some flexibility.
They were able to do it when we lost our Model X in the SoCal Woolsey Fire.
