This post made me curious, and my off-peak with PG&E is now .49 a Kwh and peak .59 Kwh. Insanity. I have solar and my true up next month exploded. I have to call and ask about special rates for EV's and to have them check my meter. I am on the medical baseline program but it made no difference. My true up is supposedly $3,500, usually it was around $500. Of note I only use 20Kwh on my commute, and I've had my Truck since March.
