I had same issue at interstate speeds above 70mph. It turned out it was the interior foam lining in the all-terrain tires on my CB. Tesla replace mine under warranty without charge with new revised ones that don't have the foam lining. I cannot tell any difference in the ride or noise level. My truck now rides smoothly at high speeds. I had about 10k miles on it when they changed the tires. They said this was a common issue with the original all-terrain tires.
Bless you for posting this solution!

I just got a warranty replacement on my front tires today. The Tesla technician said there is a service bulletin for this (one level below a recall).

The 75 mph vibration was driving me crazy. Two service visits couldn’t find a mechanical cause. Replacing the tires completely fixed the vibration. Finally some relief after almost a year of frustration.

I rotated my tyre around 10k recently and since rotation, my truck started to vibrate around 75. At 80, it definitely flares up. The problem i am having is it happens 80% of the time when i go that high of a speed. When I took it to service, they didn’t want to go above 65miles due to liability. How can I make them believe what I know and feel an issue here. I even offered to drive it myself with the tech inside the car but they didn’t want to.
should I just try tyre balancing with the hope to find this foam separation? Really not enjoying the drive these days because of this issue

All sounds like foam separation in one of the tires.

The way I handled it was to stop at a Goodyear Tire Center and asked them to check tires for me. They found the tire with the loose foam and pulled it out for me.

I reached out to Goodyear to file a warranty claim and they were going to give me a new tire (prorated). But.....I went to Tesla and they put a new tire on under a new "tire campaign" they mentioned.

I must say, the Good Year place i went to had never worked on a CT before...it was nerve wrecking and I'd probably never go back to one again.

Have them do a ride along while you drive. Very high probability that one or more of your tire foam has delaminated. That is a common issues with tires that have foam lining usef to decrease road noises.
