Don't leave your key card in the console, the vehicle remains unlocked.

If you unlocked the Tesla using your phone as a key, then it will still lock as you walk away, with the key card inside, as long as the key card is not in the one spot that can read the key cards.

If you unlock the Tesla with your key card, then it won't walk-away lock when you leave with your phone.

I never leave a key card inside my Tesla, only in my wallet as an emergency backup.

Yes, we've seen that on a couple videos now, and photos with it in different positions.
