Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to show the light beams from the Driver's Point Of View? Any people approaching from the front are going to HATE you!

It looks really cool. Have always loved your stuff. Every piece appears beautifully designed.

Now, no offense or disrespect intended, I’m just sharing my experience with fellow community members who are prospective buyers here and your mileage may vary, but the “out of reach” marketing strategy eventually grew old for me and I’ve moved on to shopping elsewhere.
I’m done pre-ordering stuff that’s twice the price of everything else on the market so I can feel “lucky” when an item I paid for ships. Also not excited about having to deal with what by all accounts is the most onerous return policy in the business. Do your homework and ask for specifics before you spend your money guys.
I’ve since spent a lot of money that I would have happily given to you guys but there is more to retaining customers than designing pretty products.

Thank you for your honest comment. I myself had to cancel some items and went elsewhere because of the time delay. It’s one thing when it’s a bit delayed but 6 months delay is insane then to make it worse never received anything informing me of the delays. When I did speak with someone they were extremely friendly but doesn’t take away the fact it’s been a year
