Here are a few more details in case it helps anyone planning something similar. He used a trailer winch mount with a couple of aluminum bars spanning across two rails. There’s also a piece of wood underneath to space it out a bit, which makes it much easier to reach the crank shaft from below. Pretty clever setup.
