VIN changed & no longer have delivery date

Hey everyone:

So I just got a message in the Tesla app that said I need to review my account to avoid delivery delays.

I was supposed to take delivery last week and it has pushed four times so far with the most recent delivery date being this coming Monday.

Down payment was made two weeks ago.
The app now shows that I owe a down payment of essentially the same amount, the new down payment number is a couple hundred bucks higher.

Now there is no longer a delivery date in the app and my Vin number changed.

Has anybody else experienced this?

I wasn't financing, but I had a VIN removed after it being in my account for two weeks. I managed to speak to someone at a local delivery center to find out what happened, and they said the truck was damaged in transit.

About 10 days later, I got a new VIN, and took delivery a few days after that.

I'm going through a similar experience. I got my VIN on Thursday 8/22 and a message that day to schedule pickup. I was going out of town the next day and immediately tried to setup a pickup either before I left or when I came back.....this is where the problem started.

The app said no deliver days were available and to call. I called twice getting a no one is available to help message. I then sent a message in the app with no response. I then got a text the next day about scheduling a demo drive (I already did one). I used this to ask about my delivery via text. I got a phone call shortly after from an advisor telling me I needed to pick up the truck this weekend. They don't even have my trade finalized!

Obviously I can't pickup the truck not being in town. He said they would assign the truck to someone else and re assign me later. I don't want to take that risk and am trying to negotiate with them, which I should not have to do as it was their system error.....we'll see.
