Walk Away Auto Lock Doesn't Always Work

I never had an issue with my 2023 Model Y but as soon as switched to CB, walk away lock is inconsistent.

That's not what I'm asking for. I'm asking for the line under the Security and Drivers line on the front page of the phone app.

My walkaway lock fail experience. I have a passenger that likes to use a seatbelt extender. The majority of the time when that extender is left buckled in to the passenger seat in my CT AWD, the walk away door fails. Note in this situation if I lock the vehicle from the phone the climate and music continue running. Also worth noting I have a Y and an X and they do not have the same issue if the seatbelt extender is left buckled in.

I found out why it wasn't working for me: The passenger seat belt was clicked in.

Or, rather, I have a car seat for my dog, and it includes a security strap that gets clicked into the seat belt clicker on the side and attached to harness.

As long as that was clicked in, walk-away lock didn't work.

Also, the display and the outlets would stay on.

Take it out, and it works perfectly again.
