Website Changes?

Okay, from this page,

I click on "Manage" over there under my Cybertruck and get this:

The last time I got this error, they changed the page to read something like "You'll be able to configure your Cybertruck when the time comes" or some such thing. Do any of you also get the 403 Error?
Any guesses on what is being chnged?

Take a look at the cybertruck page on Tesla.com The text/wording of each description has slightly changed from what I remember. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure someone has some previous screenshots to confirm.
