Weird noise coming from front passenger footwell

Has anyone experienced similar issue?

I realized this was happening when I preconditioned it during this cold weather time recently. On the first entry it makes couple buzzing noise and goes away. Upon further investigation turning footwell heat on and off again realized it makes that noise every time. SC listened to the pre recorded video before this and said it’s probably debris got into the fans that it’s normal. Wtf? And recommended keep an eye out.

I have the same thing.. thought it was coming from the interior ceiling though... .happens when cold, lasts about 5 minutes until truck is warmed up inside

Yeah, sounds like a fan rubbing against a housing or flap.
