Is this the same noise you all are hearing? I have tried to get the SC to fix it 3 times. They keep saying its wind noise and nothing they can do (sounds lazy to me). It almost sounds like a metal grinding noise? It seems to disappear on left hand turns.

yep thats it.... its hard to decern in videos but if you know what you are listening for you can hear it.

Agreed. If you do get the purge done let me know if that resolves the issue for you. I don't know if this helps anyone at all, but I feel like the issue started occurring after they replaced my brake booster, but the tech swears that couldn't have caused it.

I purged myself -> it made the noise worse - which makes me thing its the cooling system that is making the noise. Not sure how they can address it - im setting up a new appointment and am going to show them the only cybertruck "noise" manual they have published and this is not a normal noise on there. (tesla owners manual, cybertuck normal operating noises)

Did the purge myself as well just now and it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Heard this immediately after delivery and took it back week later (first available appointment). I explained it sounded like a grinding noise from 35-40mph. Not the whine of a motor, but a secondar grinding sound. Tech went for a ride with me, I showed him and he agreed. Then when I picked it up 3 days later, they said head tech took it for a ride and says it's normal. Ugh. Based on comments I have read here thus far, it is normal, but I don't think it's right. 11/2024 build (54k VIN).

I actually forgot about this, when it got warm the noise went away on my mine.

So you're telling me it's gonna get way worse then this eh? I'm in Carmel.

Maybe we can just go to Castleton together and complain! :)

Let us know what happens with this.

Does it seem to go away as you turn left or right? Mine would cut out when I turned aggressive left at speed.

Hello,
Same grinding noise. Went twice and was told it was either non existent or normal. I test another, similar model, and the demo model had the same noise. I want to take it back again...let's see.

They now said I have a poorly sealed windshield and air (and noise) is coming in and reverberating to me as the driver. They replaced the windshield and the noise is gone.

Is that true? I would have never thought that would have been the case. So odd...

Yeah. I almost didn’t have them do it because it’s pretty traumatic to rip out that huge windshield, but I enjoy my truck much more now.

If it's not too inconvenient, can you post for me and other owners a service invoice?....So we can inform the service tech the possible issue.
