Oh, hey, this photo islarge enough to see the discontinuity for the bed cargo hold. Wow, it really disappears, doesn't it?

Oop, mushroom guy already mentioned it ^-^

I'm not really sure where the t slot idea came from, but the point of the truck is cheap and easy! Tslots are so unnecessary and wouldn't even add much!

Wasn't the air comppressor connections supposed to be in the side storage in the bed, maybe that's what's those slits are. Storage and compressor

I have a theory as to what the slots on the sides are. Look at where they are in relation to the triangle opening "wings" for storage.

i think there may be shelves that slide up and own on rails inside those compartments. The slots you see are covers to cover the bolts or nuts that hold the rails in place.

I also notice poor fitting between the sides of the vault and the floor of the vault (look around those vertical slots at the gaps) I am hoping they address that in the final design.

lastly i don't think this is the reveal prototype. Look at what's missing in the vault....anyone else notice it?

the in floor storage compartment is missing.

here is the revel prototype you can clearly see the line where the in floor compartment is.

It's there, trust me. You just have to look closely. On the right side, you can see it in the very first strip, and you can follow it to the back side.

Looking through some of the posted pictures of the CyberTruck from yesterday's appearance at GigaTexas, I found one of the bed. Looking at this picture it is pretty clear that the dark strips on the bottom of the bed are raised a bit from the SS. I'm not seeing those as filled T-slots. With all the talk since the initial reveal though, who knows what the final design will include. I also see the double triangle tie-downs at the front and back of the side wall. But then I see 2 double lines rising part way up the side of the bed wall between the tie-downs. What are those? Anyone have any ideas as to what they are or why they are there?

Two things: What on Earth is that thing on the right side of the bed, just by the tailgate? Then, looking in the gap between the bed and tailgate, you see what looks to be a series of heavy duty hinges, presumably to hold the tailgate in that position without cables or chain. Nice. Another Tesla first?

As popular as the CT is already (1 million pre-orders?) I'm betting that these kinds of solutions are going to be available pretty quickly after CTs start shipping. By the time I get my CT I expect that there will be a ton of cool accessories to drool over.
Which will also cover the under bed storage compartment with drawers in place.

I have been trying to figure that out for the longest time. I think it might be a reflection of the on board power outlet that the cyberquad plugged into in the demo. I think the way the panel is open made for a really weird reflection but I'm not positive.

Here it is with a little enhancement. I'm wondering what the 2 circles in the bed are... might we see some sort of direct-to-axle attachment? I'd love to see a gooseneck mount point on this thing but these certainly wouldn't be for that.
