What to do with my $2500 Tesla store credit

What steps did you follow for the credit?

my local store in Dallas has no clue how they can issue my credit. Everyone at the store agrees I should get the credit. No one at the store knows the steps I need to follow to receive the credit.

When you signed your final agreement you would have gotten a email regarding it and had to also sign that to accept your truck. Search your e mails . Also go to your app click on your photo profile then go to wallet and see if the credit is in your wallet
Try to find your agreement because early delivery holders were getting a “1 time use or lose the rest “ credit In the past month they have changed that to a Tesla shop credit and good for a year to be used as you wish as many times till it’s gone or expires after a year

Depending on when you received your voucher it might be different then other voucher holders mine also clearly says you can not use it for gift cards

It can’t, that loophole has been mitigated.

Someone else on this forum said you can buy up to $2000 worth of gift cards (I think four @ $500 each). Then you can use those over time for separate purchases....

I did exactly that...no problem here.

I just tried to get gift cards with the voucher and it wouldn’t allow it.

This one needs to go to arbitration, nothing is ever in stock. I check weekly. The savings grace is I have until June of 2025.

I did it back in July. Like others said, it was a loophole and very likely no longer available.

I’m thinking about buying the set of 4 winter tires with rims. Once my current tires get low switch them out. Then sell the rims with worn out tires individually as a spare. They will take a while to sell but should eventually.
