As others have said… Many over my lifetime.
But the one that sticks out was his Buick Riviera 454 (the one with the “point”)
Crazy power for its time.
Photos I found online, if you’re not familiar.

Father's Day is just around the corner. So let's talk about dads' old cars.

Think back to those weekend road trips, grocery runs, and the daily rides to school. Those cars hold the sounds, the laughs, and the simple moments that made us who we are today.

What did your dad drive when you were growing up, and what's the one memory that still stands out to you?

It would be great if you could share a photo of that old ride!
First car I remember, I was 3yrs old, living in Canada and my dad had a late-64 Mustang, 2-dr hardtop. It smelled like gas. I used to play in the driver's seat and when my dad got in, the wipers would be going. He knew it was me! Good times.

My dad’s pride and joy was his 1950 Chevy Fleetline, which I inherited when he passed. It will go to my son when I’m gone.

The most memorable car was his orange Renault Le Car. He wasn't a "car guy" and viewed vehicles as a way to get from point A to point B.

He purchased the Renault brand new for around $3k (cash of course) and drove it until the manual transmission went south at around 100,000 miles. I still remember that the wheels were held on by 3 lug nuts. I learned to drive in the Le Car and quickly adapted to 3-pedal driving.
