This may have already been covered, but I will share my experience just incase it has not.

I took my Cyber Truck to the service center to pick-up(Have installed) my spare tire that I used part of my voucher for in November.
When I was there waiting I asked about my wheel covers. The service tech told me that I would NOT get a notification when to pick them up, that instead I had to make a service appointment. So after I got home (The tire takes up almost half the bed and is a beast to move-FYI) I made an appointment for the 2 recalls that showed up and added (Pick up/install Wheel covers). December 5th I had my appointment, for some reason they didn't have to work on the recalls and my Wheel covers are now on the truck!

I'm on my fourth Tesla vehicle and am still mystified with the service process.

But, Who cares I finally have everything I paid for! ;)

It’s crazy! I have no idea why everyone’s experience is so different! I live in Virginia, maybe it depends on what state you live. Maybe…..

I picked mine up earlier this week - didnt install. just opened a service ticket and asked and they had them. Call the biggest service center you have near you...my local one said they didnt have them, the one 50mi away did. Hell, I'm not even going to use them, just wanted what I paid for....also have my PowerShare working...but waiting for light bar!

I just went in to get a couple of things checked off from recall list including wiper motor, asked the service guy and he said we got them, do u want them installed? Of course I said yes. Simple process but they are no longer messaging it seems. This was Schaumburg’s Tesla.

I almost forgot about the light bar. When would I use the bar in California? I do want my wheel covers and I would use that.

Dont think state of residence matters, more truck usage...for mall crawling / big city only not much use...for me:
- offroading (Hollister at night)
- camping - site setup, night runs to x,y,z
- deep backroads/ middle of nowhere - good example - roads/dirt roads to Stoneyford CA, up to barryessa at night...Glamis, etc), etc...can come up with a lot of places (lived in Bay Area and San Diego)
- Emergency illumination (crash site, etc)
- Night hunting (not that I do that but someone does)
- I think it looks good, it's free and it's a differentiator for a beast model CT

If I lived in a big city and wasn't outdoorsy then yeah, sell it.

I want to see if it look good.
It’s not free in my mind.
I didn’t think about selling it.

Why can't all these SCs be on the same sheet of music? My SC said I will get an email once ready for pickup.

So is it:
- Email for pickup
- Randomly make a SC appointment for pickup/install
- Tesla will mail them to you

???

So frustrating.

I usually go to the Columbia location and that is who I got the message from to wait for a Tesla email. Have you had any luck?

I've talked with Charlotte a couple of times and they say the same thing. I was thinking of reaching out to Columbia but sounds like they are on the same page.
