When you ordered your CT back in Nov 2019....

When I placed my order, back in 2019, 30-45 seconds after the URL unveil, I had to enter my information by hand and I was not logged into my Tesla account. A few days later my CT was added to my account. MY RN number is 112754xxx

Was I supposed to be logged into my Tesla account at ordering time or everybody had to do the exact same thing I did? Thx

As long as you used your email address you should be good.
Do you see the reservation in your tesla account? You should be able to see it in the app, or more importantly if you log in at tesla.com
