My CT drives about 8" off-center to the right most of the time. It never drives in the center. It runs off the road to the right several times each trip, driving over the rumble strips, and even onto the shoulder rarely, usually at highway speeds. It also drives over the center line sometimes, particularly when the road veers to the right or if the wind blows. This causes potential head-on collision scenarios. Tail-gating of semi-trucks is better with v13.2, but it still passes dangerously close, on the right side of the lane.
All of this is duly reported to Tesla. After about 10 reports (per trip), your ability to send reports is stopped. Also, if you grab the wheel to correct the steering without turning off FSD (i.e., avoid a collision), you will get strikes and loose ability to use FSD until parked. As a result, I recommend cruise control.
Keeping the vehicle within the traffic lane should be a #1 priority, in my opinion. Until this is solved, nothing else really matters.
