Why can’t I find my pre-order information on my tesla account?

I’ve gone over my tesla account with a fine tooth comb but I can’t find any of the info for my Cybertruck pre-order. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Any info would be greatly appreciated, I’m somewhere around 650k in the queue so I really don’t want to have to reorder and go to the end of the line plus the lose the deposit. Thanks for any help.

I believe the consensus on this forum and on X is that it means you're in one of the earlier batches that will be allowed into the configurator when they announce the release.
