Some cool new features:

• New, more comprehensive self-driving app (AI4).
• You can subscribe to FSD via the main display now.
• In-Car parking visualization just got a massive upgrade. It’s now more life-like. (New Model 3 & Y)
• You can now launch Grok using “Hey Grok”
• Interior LED Light Strips now turn red when an object is in your blind spot and your turn signal is engaged, or when an approaching object is detected while parked.
• Immersive Sound Upgrade: (New Model 3 & Y w/ premium audio): advanced sound extraction to place the listener in front of a detailed soundstage within an Immersive space.
• Weather Map Improvements: Weather maps now show snow and rain with improved colors that make it easier to distinguish between precipitation types. You can also view the past hour of weather data to see how conditions have been changing along your route.
• Your Tesla will now automatically install software updates when the option is enabled.
• Update to Trip Stats: You can now Create multiple trips to track energy stats across drives.
• You can now display your pets’s name while in Dog Mode, as well as choose different avatars.
• Dashcam Improvements: Recent Dashcam footage will now extend up to 24 hours.
• Passengers in rear seats can now view and interact with maps on the rear display while your Tesla navigates a route.
• Custom Wraps for Model S/X, and new sketchpad updates.

You can now display your pets’s name while in Dog Mode, as well as choose different avatars.

Can we just get for real FSD already..........
Any update other than ASS or you can take a nap in your CT feels disappointing at this point.

To be clear, I only laughed in solidarity with you not at you. And yeah … “soon.” ಠ_ಠ

That could be anywhere from 0 to 1500 Elon “two week units™️” which, themselves, are relative and can be anywhere from “two actual weeks” to “seven years”.

Almost all the best features are not for the CT

Weak on the CT stuff to be honest..

at this point I just want basic summon to move the car forward and back. Really not asking for much. I don’t care about adding my license plate to my cybertruck avatar

NoASSatall is a serious condition that affects thousands of Tesla CT owners.

Bet they are waiting until they can improve ASS before adding it. They are probably worried about the truck being so big and people trying to summon it at Wal-Mart.

Auto software install may not be the best move.
Wife sends you to UPS to ship a box. You come back out and now must wait an hour for install to finish. Wife accuses you of flirting with UPS girl. *Shrugs* could happen.

It's even worse than that you've been able to do that for sometime now. I think we got that in the Christmas update two years ago. We were the first ones to have it. That's why someone stated that most of what we're 'getting' in this release doesn't even apply to the CT.

This is what Tesla should've done for CT owners:

- Smart / Dumb Summon
- Deeper Grok integration along with "Hey Grok"
- More interior light features - Blind spot, Parking Distance (Blue to Red the closer you get to objects), more colors and variations of Music Sync, and Brightness Control (Override to "MAX")
- App Store or more options: Plex, IPTV, Google Chat, Teams, X, Waze
- Create and save our own routes in Navigation
- More advanced visualization (either more assets or the Once Upon A Time Unreal Engine)
- Match Europe's Speed Limit feature
- Wiper fix (either have it on "off" to begin with or fix it once and for all)
- Parking Preference (always reverse or front-in)
- Allow passengers in the back to add, modify, or remove music / destinations from rear screen
- Lossless audio for every video/audio client
- AirPlay / Cast option (not CarPlay / Android Auto; since Tesla will never give up control)

These are just some items I was dying to see. Instead... uh.... perhaps the 24-hour dashcam is cool?

It just 'downloads' in the background. Not install. You will still manually confirm to install, so you're not inconvenienced.
