If you want an electric vehicle for delivery, you could have gotten an e-transit van for half the price. Would have had much larger enclosed cargo space and somewhat higher payload (3880 lbs). Also no tailgate in the way for forklifting pallets in and out.

I really liked your attention to tie-downs. I'd probably clip in the tie-downs first and drape them over the truck sides to be ready for the load - no worries about scratching paint.

I know there's better delivery vehicles, but I'd rather use the vehicle I had, rather than pay someone for a vehicle I don't.
