Will be interesting, this is a legitimate car seller not some marketplace post where someone can throw anything up.
This may be the first legitimate number we know of for how much a CT sells for.

Maybe their thinking is that the profit will justify breaking the Cybertruck Purchase Agreement? Will be a very interesting story to follow.

The purchase agreement sorta sounds like it won’t just be a $50k “fine,” but that Tesla will sue you for the profit above that as well.

Anyone knows what is the penalty for selling before 1 year contract ends? If this works out, i am sure bunch of people will try to do the same before Tesla changes the course of the contract value.

Has not really been tested yet, BUT if this truck sells for a lot and Tesla does not pursue it right away it is going to open up the scalper floodgates on cybertrucks.

5 is a perfect score, 4.6 because of the missing center caps on the rims & what they point out to as a dent on the quarter panel which I can't see in the picture.
