My Beast is complete! How I got my light bar and wheel covers

I have had my CB since July, but have been waiting endlessly on these alleged e-mails that will come to tell me I can get might light bar and wheel covers....

I have had a handful of service appointments, and at each one, I have added service items to get the covers and bar installed. Every time, they tell me that they cannot do this and that I need to wait for my e-mail to come.

Well, this week it was time for my first tire rotation, so I opened a new ticket. I added two extra service items, one for covers, one for light bar. I GOT THEM BOTH! This was at the Sterling VA service center. I am so happy to be able to end the year with a complete CB!

Yep. It feels great to have everything that we paid for. Even though my wheel covers are still wrapped up in the plastic and probably are never coming out.

Now I just need my winter tire package to be delivered so that my value for my voucher can be realized. They’ve moved my appointment three times now the last one canceled being 12/26.

Do you know what is the part number for the light bar? It is a “D” number. According to to my parts department, they cannot order it, it just becomes available, if you then make an appointment, they install it for you. They are not sending notifications as they are supposed to.

Agreed, I really like the wheel covers.....completes the look of what drew to the CT in the first place. The horn is a surprise close second for the fun stuff. FSD is awesome

The horn! I tend to forget that it is a thing. And then someone will do something stupid in traffic, so I hit the horn. And then suddenly everything is ok and I am really not upset at all. The horn sounds amazing and I instantly go from angry to appreciative that someone gave me the opportunity to use it.

I’ve had mine since May how many miles did you need to have to have the tires rotated? Or did you just decide to make a ticket and have them rotated? Was there any cost involved to rotating them?

Well I guess I’ll see on Wednesday unless they text me back earlier. I ordered plates for class B but for some reason I had to get new plates when I got the truck for class C in Illinois. But I have the plates”TSLATRK” But they’re still on my Ford Because it’s a class C truck.SMH
