Anyone else in the same situation? Picked up Cyberbeast in June in NJ. No lightbar or wheel cover email information at all. Anyone have any ideas on how to speed the process? TIA and Happy Holidays!!
I am in a similar boat. I picked up my Beast in May in NJ. I received an email on July 19 that I “was in the queue”. I recently used my free points to buy the spare tire kit. An appointment was made weeks ago, for December 26. This morning (12/24), they pushed it back to 01/17/25. Replying to their message I again asked about the LB. I had asked on a prior non-related service call , with no response. This time, they told me I would receive an email. I replied that I did receive it (as above). They replied that they wanted to see a copy of it. I sent it. They replied that is shows in the first sentence that I “am in the queue”.
My response was I understand things change, but what is the queue for? There are others who did not get any email, yet have the wheel covers and light bar. Even more that got the email after I did, and got the LB & the WC. No matter.
I don’t care about any of that. I am more concerned that when Tesla makes an appointment weeks out, then cancels a day prior to it. I jump through the hoops they create. I feel like they are not treating their customers fairly.
My life is fairly complicated, with several family members who have life threatening diseases. Which brings me to an out of state hospital for their special care. Hence, I scheduled their appointment to a local out of state service center- only for them to change it!

I’m in the same boat. Picked up my Beast in NJ in May, got the email on July 19 that I am in the queue to receive them, been in service a couple of times for recalls, asked for them at each appointment, but still no LB or WC. I’m not surprised.

I went into the SC in Bloomington, IL on Christmas eve to pick up my son's Model S and asked if they had wheel covers in. To my surprise they said they had alot in stock and was looking to get rid of them. She looked up my truck and verified that I was still owed my wheel covers and they installed them right there on the spot. I never received an email from Tesla so wouldn't hurt to ask your SC. If you're in the Bloomington/Normal area they have plenty. Got my truck this past July.

Yep, picked up mine end of June (upstate new york), used the voucher to by a set of snow tires, and got the wheel covers at that service (Dec), and asked about the light bar, it's back ordered.............

Wait...we can order OEM Lightbar from Tesla!? Where though, it isn't listed online.

Little over 7 months here waiting on wheel covers.

I'm hoping now that the end of year delivery push is over, instead of wheel covers being prioritized for new orders, perhaps they will now start to be allocated in higher numbers to us FS owners who have been taken for granted.

We shall see, i said a similar thing months ago after non FS units started being sold and look what it got me, a whole bunch of nothing. ?

OP here. So I took a suggestion and entered a service ticket for Cyber wheel covers and lightbar. I received a service appointment bit both. But my dismay, I’m being charged $197 to install lightbar.

Shouldn’t that install be free? Am I wrong? Anyone else went through the same?

Light bar should be free install as far as i know. Maybe just an error on the svc req, just ask them about it and they should correct it.

Also, FWIW to others, i also received my wheel covers by opening a svc req and asking for them. I picked them up and installed them myself. I did not received an email or anything that they were available.

Same. They declined my light bar request saying I would get an email but I was like “you told me the same thing for wheel covers, no email, but here we are with wheel covers.” Blank stare from service advisor.

this is Tesla’s reply to me asking why there is a labor charge to install a part that was supposed to be on the truck from the get go.

Hmmm, well that seems odd. I didn’t get the light bar so I’m not 100% sure. Hopefully someone else has had this done and can clarify.

Not yet. Cyberbeast (tri-motor) foundation series trucks included the offroad light bar as part of the package. None of them arrived with it installed. A few have recently been able to get them, but most of us are still "in the queue".

Thanks for the info. Hope they make it available for purchase even for non foundation series.

I just got a quote from Tesla for $211.20 to install my lightbar next week. It seems it should be included at no charge. Have you had that appointment yet and did you in fact have to pay that?

Having mine installed as we speak. $0 out of my pocket. I have gotten the truck less than 30 days ago. I ended up going down to a service center to schedule the appointment rather than through the app. If you got a foundation cyber beast, you got the lightbar and installation included.
