At 6 seconds you can hear the Prius go full rev on the engine but the trailer-laden CT continues to pull away. until ~64 mph when CT stops accelerating.

Fair. My audio is off cause I'm at school lol I was just watching the speed and it didn't seem like it was trying super hard. I guess thats just how slow they are

a 1/2 ton BEV truck like the Lightning or CT would smoke 3/4 or 1 ton trucks pulling similar loads. And any Prius not towing.

these things tow like nothing else, when it comes to power and torque. They almost don’t notice something is dragging behind them.

all the talk about BEVs ‘not towing’ is entirely about range / size of the gas tank

aside from range? In terms of acceleration when laden?

they out-tow anything else available

I used to tow my 16ft boat with my old Model S and if I wanted to, it would get on the freeway getting up to speed in no time.
But at 65mph it ate about 625 watts per mile.
Can’t wait for my Cybertruck

Tucson. I bought that boat in Peoria last year. Honestly, it just took too much juice to go anywhere. Canyon lake is the closest and logistics just didn’t work out.
Sold the MS and bought a Cayenne diesel and it was wonderful.
now I’m in a Model 3 patiently waiting for my insanely badass Cybertruck ?

It's a lot like those imagined "coal rolling" incidents that are just an out of tune truck....

It looks like the bottom lights are in fact the headlights not the fog lights based on the throw pattern.

How is the driver signaling that he's merging on the highway if the CT has no turn signal stalk? Is it being controlled with steering wheel buttons or is it simply "guessing" that he needs the signal? It seems like it went on before he had substantially entered the other lane.
