it is other-worldly in person

so much so, that for a while you can’t easily compute if what you’re experiencing is positive, negative, or neutral

it’s like first seeing that woman in Total Recall

takes a while to decide it’s a good thing

Design choices have always fascinated me. Why AL (Mighty) designed for twins not singletons or quadruplets.

Why CT charge port is where it is. Why……..

Not everyone spends 24/7 on the Cybertruck Owners Forum!
Should we have a pole on the forum to see if this is true?
People only exist online these days and online world is made up of discrete bubbles.

There's no way he's never heard of it before this.
Just because he might have heard about the Cybertruck, doesn't mean he has a clue as to what it is.

We are a lot closer to the story than 99% of Americans, many of them couldn't tell you what a Cybertruck is or what it looks like. I'm continually surprised by how many people I meet that say, "what's that?" if I happen to mention the Cybertruck in passing.

To be fair. I don't really consider the X and Y SUVs either.

I can wait
I can respect that.

I think I personally probably wouldn't want a rwd truck because it's been engrained in my brain since childhood that I need 4wd for mountains and snow but I respect it.

I grew up in rural Ontario, Canada with lots of snow and I learned to drive in the 70's with rear wheel drive cars and trucks. My dad always had a rear wheel drive pick up which was worse than useless on ice or snow. He would put a cast iron steel radiator in the back for weight and it would bounce around like crazy (it wasn't tied down). When I got my first pick up in 1989 it was four wheel drive and I couldn't believe the difference.
