Yeah… really weird, I figured it would be May/ June before I got mine.

I think the price has slaughtered the pre-order list.
There seems to be something funny in the location data of the reservations, too. Reports are that people who moved from California are the ones being called and some are getting their delivery dates shifted around if they're not in California.

I noted my account's address was wrong in their account details so... and some others noticed later, too. None of us have gotten the email.

Canada is the only other country with Cybertrucks on display. They had Cybertrucks in Canada before they had any in Oregon.

I was quite surprised about that, makes me wonder if they are going to start up deliveries there sooner.
Secondly, we love our trucks up here, so the sooner the CT prowls the Great White North the sooner people whining about its hardiness will have to duct tape their mouths shut. If Tesla wants good CT advertising, get them to Northern Canada. Not Vancouver. Not Toronto - real Northern Canada.

The order they’ve tapped people in seems really weird. My RN was about 20k higher than yours. You aren’t the only one though, they’ve skipped and jumped a bit.

My Tesla account was opened long after I moved to Oregon, so no California ties there.

BUT. I own a Tesla and I don‘t think you do. That might be the bigger thing. I’ve heard they have preference for current owners previously.

Yea I knew we were like right there.

The email slipped by me. I didn't notice for a couple days.

Double edged sword huh?

Yeah, I need to eat so spending all our savings on a truck is not going to go over well with my spouse ^-^
Eating is always good.

Hopefully I don’t regret this. Thinking about Turo, but then worried what people would do with a monster truck on Turo and whether it’s worth risking for the money.

So, I'm assuming Prince George would probably qualify? ?

I feel for our northerly neighbors! Has Tesla even announced pricing in CAD yet?

That was exactly my thought process lol. I hit up a couple local auto film places to see if they wanted to make me a mobile billboard for a monthly fee. no on responded yet lol

Indeed.... we're ten hours north of Vancouver and that's about the geographical center of the province. We don't need the army to remove snow like Toronto does. We have shovels and snow plows ;)

CAD pricing no..... we're just taking US rate and adding currency difference

… hows everyone doing?

Kind of a good news/ bad news post.

Bad news. WTF Tesla….. $100k for a F*ing pickup truck? Seriously GTFO.

I’ll let my new friend tell you about the good news.

So have you priced Silverado's? Replacement for my 3500 High Country with a 7 year old body style is $94K+ so where's your beef?
