Never thought of that. This would be a concern going from off road to main traffic areas. Thanks.

Rocks come out of tires treads now. The difference is...?

Yes, the area of the tweel may hold some small rocks and they will come out eventually. However, there is not an unlimited number of rocks coming out of the tweel. It is not a Hollywood machine gun! Two, three rocks, maybe, and then they are out in the next 30 seconds to a minute as you speed away. Are you worried that the rocks might scratch your paint? Oh, wait, there is no paint to scratch. Worried that it may dent your precious truck? Yeah, riiiight. Stainless steel 304L, my friend.

So here’s a different idea. Most of the renders I see make the (already aggressive) Cybertruck appear more aggressive.

How about a render that mellows it out. Put on some conservative rims and wrap it in a subdued color. Maybe like the rims and color pictured below. Also, definitely need to add some running boards to complete the look. Any of you guys up for the challenge to render this?

Maybe your right... Only tweel type I've ever driven was on skidster... I assume there is a reason they aren't used for high speed. Maybe just not stable enough.

You don't "need' running boards since the Cybertruck's suspension can be lowered when parked to allow for easier in and out if you're short / disabled / elderly. You might want to install rock sliders for off-roading, but running boards are a relic of the past.

Have you seen 90% of the renders in here? You don’t need most of the stuff people are putting in their renders. My point was to make a render that looks a little bit tamer.

Your point exactly though, running boards fall into the most stuff that you don't need category.

Honestly most trucks and SUVs with running boards do not need them. They are mainly for looks.

Actually, now that I think about it, on my Raptor, they are amazing at blocking other car doors from opening into my truck ahah.

Cybertruck will deter people hitting your CT from the fear of ruining their door.
