Says my order is eligible, the survey is basic questions which I qualify. Own single family residential, my distribution panel is two feet from my charging station on the other side of the wall.

I got that same email. Once you click survey it has you put in your specifics like electricity provider location parked from panel etc. sounds like the survey is where they actually decide if your location eligible.

Approved? Was it eligible?

I'm in the same boat. Wondering if the verbiage in that email for the survey is selected because you are eligible and just need some additional information or if it's what is sent to everyone and then determine by your answers in the survey.

Has anyone received an "you are not eligible email without a survey first?

What answers do you think would make you eligible or not? I have solar(non-Tesla), detached garage what distance is too far? I don’t want to say the wrong thing, how many Amps do I need in my main panel? I have a few options with the way our property is set up so I’m not sure what they are looking for.

Anyone knows what happened if you are NOT eligible?

In my case I already have tesla solar + powewall + wall charger, therefore I already have all the hardware and it is already installed.
I am going to call tesla and ask iff I can get a discount in liu of receiving the hardware I already have.

“Order eligible” != “Home qualified”. There is a second email that came/comes out mentioning home qualification (presumably based on survey results). The screen shots received showed 6 mo or 1 year supercharger use in lieu of not qualifying, awd or beast respectively. Unclear if that’s a consolation prize and you would still get the promised hardware or not.

Tesla decides if you qualify, which they will send you a follow up email. If they decide you don't you will get 6 months of free supercharging.

The survey asks of you live in an apartment or home, do you rent or own, and things like that.
all of my answers I would think make me qualify. I don’t see why I wouldn’t.
