No way, got my vin and delivery already haha ? Yeah I cancelled, still fighting for my deposit back. Maybe someone in Oregon will at least give me a ride. I'm heading to Indiana Feb 26th to finally settle into the new house.

I took a friend to Portland one night to "voodoo" donuts and they were having the bike ride haha ? He was from Indiana and was like "Is this Oregon?" ...I said yep welcome to Portland.

Congrats! Hopefully, I am right behind you. Got invite early Dec, but waited until 12/28 to make the plunge. Was your financing finalized in the app prior to getting the VIN? Mine just expired and I am working on updating, so curious if that would hold me back from getting the VIN until I finish the financing side.

Yeah, my score dropped 80+ points from the original pull, that stays on your credit 5 years basically....So after running my credit for the same priced vehicle my Lyric I wasn't approved and had to drop another 20k to get financing and pay a higher interest rate....all in all Elon Effed me royaly.

Yeah, my score dropped 80+ points from the original pull, that stays on your credit 5 years basically....So after running my credit for the same priced vehicle my Lyric I wasn't approved and had to drop another 20k to get financing and pay a higher interest rate....all in all Elon Effed me royaly.

Dang. That sucks. I didn’t even mean to apply for financing as early as I did. I was so lit, I tapped a few buttons in the Tesla app without noticing it was gonna pull my credit right after I ordered. Once I did, and my credit was pulled, I went ahead and had a local credit union do it as well. According to credit karma, my trans union went down 2 points and my equivalent went down 1. Both have recovered since then.

Thanks. A Tesla rep told me I’d be one of the first and implied the delivery ramp to Oregon will be slow for a while.

I will be at Tigard as well. Maybe you get a VIN soon. Tesla rep told me they’d likely come in bunches of a few carriers at a time, so I’d think a few others in the area should see a VIN today or ASAP.

Your credit score should rebound quickly.

Im sure the WA state legislators are using that money for great programs in the state but I can't seem to think of any at the moment.

That's why I wanted the vehicle before I moved my residency to Indiana. I saved alot of money in sales tax alone. I got a $5000 kicker this year as well on my taxes, largest on record. My return went from owing money to a $4200 credit.

I can't figure out the drop on my credit score. I even called Equifax,it shouldn't of been so drastic. They mentioned that a student loan balance added may of had an effect. All in all I'm very confused, I have a car so I'm not concerned.
