Though honestly this CyberTruck being sold seems fake, i wonder how many people will actually test the waters on that no resale clause.

Def some people testing, both buyers and sellers, not sure how many total actual transactions yet but appears to be at least 8.
What will be interesting is if Tesla does anything or if they just put that no-resale clause in there as a mild deterent.
Feel like they have to follow up on at least a couple to make an example or the scalping is going to run wild.

I'm pretty sure this is fake. Also from what I can tell all the listings I saw on Ebay are fake as well. Besides the fact that I don't want to pay $370K for a vehicle, I think I'm just going to be patient and wait for mine to come in.

What other car will make a splash like this..? Could be once in a lifetime opportunity.. you can find other Teslas a dime a dozen now..

Black list will not matter at this point at the rate of growth vs what was promised.. (real FSD, Roadster)

I wish I could flat out take advantage of my reservation. Driving a Cybertruck is of course intrinsically great for those of us who liked it right away. Adding the benefit of being so shockingly rare on the road, usually comes at a much higher price point!

Yea, at 30-40 trucks a day its going to be a couple years before the scalpers do not have significant incentive to gouge.

I somewhat disagree..

the actual performance of a vehicle comes at a much higher price point… which we all know is lacking at this point.. even when the promises do come OTA will it be that far above the rest, or even other Teslas to warrant the price…?

The only significant OTA performance gains foreseeable are Lockers and AutoPilot/cough-FSD-cough

they are rare for now…

Yeah, probably fake. But you can be certain there is someone in every crowd that has to test the waters.

I hope Tesla nails anyone trying to flip to the proverbial cross as an example of what not to do.

I just watched an ebay reservation go for $4150.00. So it makes sense that people are going to pay quite a bit over MSRP to secure the actual vehicle....but 370K? I SURE HOPE SO! I'd love to buy any asset with that kind of value inversion!
