Caution buying from Teslaunch.

Ordered the vault divider from Teslaunch on December 10th. Sent an email on the 14th to see if it had shipped and was told it was back in stock and to expect a tracking number. Website showed "preparing for shipping" till the 29th. Tried to cancel the order and got a tracking number from a Chinese shipper showing it shipped on the 22nd and they were unable to cancel order. Was notified today it will not arrive before I leave on a trip on Jan 9th. Never would have bought from them if they had marked the item as backordered or mentioned the possible >30 days shipping.
