Sorry to hear that. Thanks for the update. I am relieved to known that it’s a broader issue and not just my truck.I'm so sorry to hear that! Our delivery was also postponed. We were scheduled for yesterday, 2/24 @ 10 am, but we got a call the day before (2/23) saying it is postponed a week due to a "containment hold." They weren't able to tell us exactly what the problem was, only that it needed a software update. We asked if we could take delivery and just do the software update like normal with our other Teslas and they said no, the software had to be installed at the service center. We were wondering if anyone else had this issue. If it is a software issue, you'd think all deliveries would be postponed.
We are super bummed, too! We sold our Model Y anticipating we would be getting our truck and have one car for the time being. Also, just overall bummed out.
Let us know if you hear more about what the issue is and when you might be rescheduled! We are waiting for a call back to explain more about what the issue is.
