Apologies for bad photo due to night time, but here’s a pic clearly showing it is similar to the headliner material.

Didn’t mean to doubt you, was just curious as it wasn’t immediately noticeable. I ordered a beast and am really looking forward to the alcantara. Thanks for sharing!

Hi @Guylouis so you ended up not cancelling your beast order? I think you posted that you did cancel the order and got a discount on a model S or X. I am in Poway and I think you live in Poway too. Please, if you get yours before me, please message me and please let me take a look. I am also a 12/8 order with a Early 2024 delivery. I do believe we are getting our beasts early 2024 and not mid late 2024! ?

Fellow Beast owner here - Mine does indeed have Alcantara dash piece/wedge insert, which is different than in AWD.

This may just be my perception, but I also hear a distinct difference in the dual vs. tri. The tri-motor has a more distinct whir/hum to the motors when accelerating moderately to intensely. Personally I find this cool and in line with what I'd expect from a Cyber"Beast".

Don't get me wrong, AWD still sounds awesome, but having driven both, I did notice this as a distinct difference other than badging, extra interior Alcantara & software (in app and infotainment).

Really spectacular delivery experience by the MDR team, btw! Kudos to them!
Yes AWD sounds awesome but Cyberbeast sounds better like another level imo and that’s one of the biggest reasons I’d get it. Also is this the humming sound from the motors you hear? Here is a video with the sound for reference.

Hey all - after years of chipping away at it, more than a few restarts & all-nighters, the time has come! Making this thread to commemorate taking delivery of a Foundation Cyberbeast, and the journey going forward. Have been smiling ear to ear tonight, and want to share as much of that as I can with you as you await your own truck. I'll keep this thread posted with some pictures of an upcoming wrap & a few planned roadtrips over the coming months, and aim to update once lightbar and tent are delivered. Happy to answer any questions & help anyone debating between AWD and Tri.

For what it's worth, here is a timeline of the order process:
11/21/19 - Reservation placed (RN11290XXXX)
12/15/23 - Order placed
02/12/24 - VIN Assigned (000077)
02/22/24 - Delivery Scheduled (Marina Del Rey, CA)
02/26/24 - Vehicle Received

The delivery experience for CT at Marina Del Rey in LA was awesome - indoor and guided through the UI & vehicle setup (shout out to James LaGro and Robert Peters) - and the product & build quality feels pretty incredible so far. The name tag and personalized experience was really cool. I hope other delivery centers can keep it up! Here's a video and some images from the experience.

Spent the evening taxiing boxes & belongings for a few friends. Suddenly finding that I’m a bit more useful than before. ?

How are you enjoying your foundation series Cyberbeast so far, by the way, Sahm?

It’s really an incredible product. The engineers have completely blown all expectations out of the water so far.

Here’s a clip breaking it in at Sunfair dry lake flats in Yucca Valley today. Off-road mode “Baja” setting allows for a torque split f/r in 5% increments - this is 20% front 80% rear ?

I'm glad to see that and hear from you that! It is thanks to amazing engineers like you who put in hard work, dedication, and perseverance every day that such spectacular vehicle like this Cyberbeast can be made a reality! Also, have you thought of taking it to a track? That might be one cool thing to do with the Cyberbeast because it is not only one of the fastest trucks but its steer by wire and four wheel steering should make it unrivaled and give an unparalleled experience while driving on a track!

Maybe a VIP due to 1129 RN and mid-Dec order. Hard to tell since he has a Lamborghini so probably not a normal Tesla employee. If so, maybe an executive? Definitely not an everyday smuck. Hopefully he chimes in.
He also lists his employment as "Vehicle Designer", so might well work for Tesla or have a working relationship with them. Great pics and information.

I have a rn 11275 and I still have nothing at all. It's insane how they do this by state, complete horse shit. Yet a Porsche dealer can get one and resell it along with others

Yup, I know who he is. He is using his real name and his portfolio is online. Has great designs and hope one of them will be real.
