Give me the Vin has acquired another Cybertruck this time it’s a Cyberbeast. This will be up for auction probably next week.

Be interesting to see what it goes for after the other one was auctioned off mid 200s.

Another AWD Cybertruck coming up in
Manheim Fort Lauderdale tomorrow March 1st. Looks like we’re going to see an increase in people flipping their trucks at these prices I’m sure they’re willing to take the risk.

why would they pass on a guaranteed 6 figure profit?
Well, hopefully tesla takes all of them to court and leaves them with nothing, as the purchase contract said they will when they took the vehicle.

And like, tesla will come after the original buyers. It's going to happen. It's very unfortunate that they are the only ones who can (and will) be litigated against. On the one hand, it's what you deserve for flipping your truck. On the other, everyone past them in the chain will have zero consequences. So all the auction house has to do is somehow convince an original buyer that they will not have any consequence for flipping their truck. It doesn't have to be true, and it's literally impossible for the auction house to guarantee. But it doesn't matter once they have the truck. Because there's no consequence for them, or the next flipper of the same truck, or the next... just that original buyer.

it was probably purchased through an LLC and the LLC has probably already been dissolved. good luck suing an LLC that doesn't exist anymore.
