Oregon VIN secured

Based on your VIN and how many are rolling out on Joe T’s daily video, I just can’t believe that’s true.

Sadly, anything is possible with Tesla. ?

There were a few reports a week or so ago of a few deliveries being delayed due to Tesla needing to do something or fix the Cybertrucks at the delivery center. One person’s VIN was within like 50-75 of mine. Perhaps something on mine was fixed at the factory, which is why it’s still there vs. later VINs heading to Oregon not having that issue.

I don't think you should assume that your CT may have been damaged or require repair....
When I called a few days back, the Tesla CT Rep made a comment that "... You're Lucky!! Your CT is moving. Most CT aren't moving and are still in Texas..."

For sure, I don’t assume it needed a repair or was damaged, but I view something like that as a possibility. Maybe just piss poor logistics that a VIN assigned a week or so later leaves the factory to Oregon before mine… like I said before, “it is what it is with Tesla,” unfortunately.

I don't think you should assume that your CT may have been damaged or require repair....

Sent Tesla a text. Mine still hasn’t left Texas yet. ?‍

I’m OR as well, your VIN preceded mine by four days. I also sent Tesla a text yesterday and was told my truck is ‘in transit’. I asked if they could confirm is was outside of TX and they said it was, but they wouldn’t elaborate beyond that. Either way, it sounds like our trucks should make it up to OR ‘soon’. ?

I saw you are in the chart for tomorrow delivery? Did they really have no clue where it was until it actually arrived?

The chart in this forum? Not sure why it says that. I have heard nothing from Tesla and have zero indication when I’ll be taking delivery at this point.

One of the posters here took the data from the chart and made a website. He must have made a mistake, sorry. If the other dates are right, 14-24 days certainly seems like the sweet spot.

Initially, I was told early March so perhaps that’s how that date wound up on there.

Whether it’s a few days or weeks, it’s close. ?

Today on my way home I saw a Tesla car carrier with one brand new model Y on the top front. Rest of carrier was empty. It was north of 217 on I-5 near Capitol hwy exit. Call me crazy but I drive that stretch every weekday and have never ever seen anything less than a loaded truck. I almost always see 1-3 trucks on my way home to Wilsonville around noon since 2018 ramp of Model 3.

Good news, the employees who told me it hadn’t left Texas were wrong. It’s outside of Redding right now on a transporter. May take a few days to get from there to the showroom due to inclement weather. Hopefully delivery by end of the week.

Very nice! The confusing information is just so odd. I am guessing it’s probably due to Tesla never having shipped west out of Texas.

north of 217 on I-5... I am going to interpret as the rest of the Cargo was dropped off at the South of the Tigard Delivery Center...

Which means I need to call Salem Delivery Center tomorrow morning ?

That's great news!! and If it was at Redding, CA, I am guessing it should arrive at Tigard tomorrow? Its not snowing at the Siskiyou Pass so That's about 400 miles drive.

? owner advisor did say it could still be 2-3 days to get to Tigard but hopefully it shows up tomorrow or the next day.
